Shift Leader – Hotel Hilversum area | Accommodation available

As a Shift Leader, you will work in our hotel restaurant. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our guests have everything they need and can enjoy our ‘world-class hospitality’.

As Shift Leader at our restaurant within our hotel, you are the captain on the floor. You ensure that the team is sharp, service runs smoothly, and guests feel welcome from breakfast and lunch to drinks and dinner. You manage colleagues, train new team members, and monitor pace and quality during peak times.

Your duties include:

• Coaching and managing the service team during shifts
• Providing a warm welcome, table guidance, and service (à la carte & groups)
• Coordinating with the bar and kitchen, cash register and closing procedures, daily reporting
• Stock and cleanliness checks, opening/closing the restaurant
• Contributing ideas about service improvements and guest experience.

• Gross monthly salary €2,580 – €2,837 based on 38 hours, full-time
