About the role

As a Chef de Partie you lead your station with confidence, skill, and a passion for refined cooking. You work in a French Riviera inspired brasserie located inside a 5 star hotel, where Mediterranean flavours, elegance and warm hospitality come together. You collaborate closely with the brigade to deliver consistent, beautifully executed dishes and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional culinary experience.

What are you going to do?

Running your kitchen section independently during mise-en-place and service.
Creating well-balanced, high-quality dishes with precision and consistency.
Inspiring and guiding junior team members through your seniority and expertise.
Maintaining high standards of food quality, timing, hygiene and safety.
Collaborating with the brigade for smooth service flow.
Contributing to an energetic, positive and solution-oriented kitchen culture.
Work according to HACCP standards and ensure safe, efficient kitchen processes.

What we offer:

€19 gross per hour (including vacation pay and vacation days €3,128 per month, based on full-time 38 hours)
