Independent Chef (Hot Section) – Beach Location with Accommodation | The Netherlands

Spend your summer working directly on the beach. 

For a professional and well-established beach hospitality group in the Netherlands, we are looking for an experienced Independent Chef to join the kitchen team for the upcoming season.

This is not a standard kitchen job. When the sun comes out, the pace goes up. You will be working in a high-energy, fast-moving beach venue where teamwork, quality and speed matter.

• Independently run the hot section
• Maintain overview and timing during peak service
• Coordinate closely with the cold section
• Contribute to a strong, positive kitchen atmosphere

• You have several years of professional kitchen experience
• Experience in seasonal or high-volume environments
• Able to perform under pressure
• Team-oriented with strong work ethic
• Dutch or English speaking (required)

• €19 per hour (including holiday allowance and paid leave)
• Good tips during high season
• Average 38 hours per week over the season
• Peak weeks up to 60 hours (flexibility required)
• Accommodation available
• Opportunity for permanent employment after a successful season
• Energetic team in a unique beach environment

Start date: no later than April 1st.
