Assistant Supervisor – Hotel Hilversum area | Accommodation available

As Assistant Supervisor, you will work in our hotel restaurant. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our guests have everything they need and can enjoy our ‘world-class hospitality’.

As Assistant Supervisor, you are the right hand of the Supervisor in the restaurant and bar. You coordinate daily operations on the floor, maintain an overview during peak times, and ensure that service, speed, and guest experience are top notch.

You welcome the team on the work floor, train new colleagues, and jump in to help with service and bar duties when necessary.

Your duties will include:

• Managing and coaching service staff during their shift
• Welcoming and serving guests (à la carte and groups) in a friendly and efficient manner
• Liaising with the kitchen/bar, processing F&B orders, and operating the cash register
• Opening/closing, ensuring cleanliness/stock levels, and performing minor administrative tasks
• Contributing ideas about service improvements and guest experience

The environment is varied: restaurant, bar, and lounge with a terrace surrounded by greenery, plus many meetings and events. Think conference groups, training sessions, and drinks parties, so there is plenty of variety and pace.

• Gross monthly salary €2,600 – €2,900 based on 38 hours, full-time

• Relevant experience in service/bar with managerial tasks
