Housekeeping Supervisor – 5*Hotel in Amsterdam

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you lead by example on the floors and ensure rooms and public areas meet 5-star standards at all times. You coordinate room attendants, conduct regular quality inspections, and maintain brand, hygiene and safety standards.

You brief and coach the team before and during shifts, support with scheduling and task assignment, and step in hands-on when needed. You liaise closely with Front Office & Engineering to solve issues fast and keep the operation flowing. Your impact is visible every day: spotless rooms, smooth turnovers, and delighted guests.

You’ll be working in some of the most beautiful 5-star hotels in Amsterdam, alongside a professional and international team. Your care and attention to detail help create a five-star experience for every guest, every day.

• Salary starting at €18 gross an hour
